Our Service Department

We have four service technicians. Scott has been with us since 1992, Andy since 1997, Joe since 2001, and Vern since 2005. Scott, Andy, and Joe served their apprenticeships with us. Vern began his first career in the paper mills and changed his career path in 2004 when he attended technical college for HVAC. He started with us in the installation department and has now joined the service department. Brenda is our dispatcher and joined us in 2007.

Our skilled service technicians work on a variety of heating and cooling equipment ranging from residential applications to very large and complex commercial and industrial applications. Our technicians also service commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

North American Technician Excellence, Inc. (NATE) is the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry and is the only test supported by the entire industry. Our Installation Department

Construction Supervisor Mark attended Mitchell Technical College in Mitchell, South Dakota and completed his apprenticeship in Mitchell in 1987. Mark moved to Wisconsin Rapids in 1988 and began working for Tri-City Refrigeration the same year. He was promoted to Construction Supervisor in September 1997. Sue, Construction Coordinator, attended Mid-State Technical College and has been with us since June 1995. Tom, installation mechanic, joined us in 2007.

We install residential, commercial, and industrial Carrier heating and cooling equipment. Replacement systems for your home or office, we can replace your furnace, air conditioner or rooftop. Our installation team has a combined 30+ years of experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, rooftops, boilers, chillers, walk-in coolers/freezers, radiant infloor heating, humidifiers, air purifiers, UV Lights, and more.

We also custom fabricate sheet metal for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We offer free estimates and a highly skilled workforce that is committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
