“We first contacted Tri-City way back in April about replacing our furnace. We had other heating contractors look at our situation also, but Larry was, by far, the most thorough and easy to talk to. We had other upcoming expenses, so we couldn’t commit to anything at the time. Through the year, we kept in contact with Larry and he was always quick to respond and seemed to want to help us, not just sell us. We appreciate his help with getting this project completed. Mark and Les were professional and friendly. They answered any questions I had and insisted on being neat and clean despite the fact I wasn’t concerned about any mess. They went right to work in an efficient and timely manner and just came across as a couple of nice guys who enjoyed their work. The follow up paperwork as so organized and clear as to what I needed to do. Post-it notes, sign here notes and highlighted area left no doubt about what I need to fill out, return, mail, etc. and I was impressed by the thoroughness of that part. While we still need a chimney liner installed, I have no doubt that will be accomplished without any problems whatsoever.
