2024 Win A New Heat Pump Contest

How to Enter:

• No entries will qualify if received before 12:00AM CST May 6, 2024. Limit one entry per household per day regardless of means of entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Contest ends May 24, 2024 at midnight.
• To qualify, entries must be submitted electronically daily by 11:59 PM. An entry may be made using one of the following methods:
• Visiting our facilities at 3019 State Highway 73, Wisconsin Rapids to receive an entry blank;
• Enter online at www.tricityrefrigeration.com
• Enter online at https://www.facebook.com/tricityrefrigerationheatingandcooling/
• Each entry that includes the correct answer to the trivia question will be counted as a valid entry for eligible entrants. Entries with incorrect answers or incomplete information (name, address, contact information, etc.) will not be considered a valid entry.

Eligibility Requirements

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Wisconsin.
• Entrants in the Contest must reside in the following zip codes: 54449, 54410, 54412, 54415, 54441, 54454, 54466, 54478, 54484, 54494, 54495, 54469, 54457, 54475, 54443 or 54489.
• Entrant’s home must be owner-occupied and be your primary residence.
• No purchase necessary.
• Employees of Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc., their respective advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements.
• Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
• Not applicable to contracts quoted prior to contest start date (May 6, 2024).

General Conditions

All entrants in the Heat Pump Contest are eligible for a $750 Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. Gift Certificate to be redeemed for a heat pump replacement.

Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. Gift Certificate must be redeemed by June 15, 2024. New heat pump must be installed by July 1, 2024. Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. Gift Certificate is not transferable and can only be used with the purchase of a heat pump from Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc.

One Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on the number of correct entries from all eligible entries. In the event of a tie, each entrant in the tie-breaker situation will be assigned a random “entrant” number and the winner will be selected by a random number generator. The Grand Prize Winner will be given a 3 ton Bosch Heat Pump, not to exceed an approximate manufacturer’s retail price of $10,000.00. Prize is non-transferrable. Manufacturer’s warranty will be registered to winner’s address. Adding a labor warranty is the responsibility of the winner. Selection is limited to one unit and one prize per winner. Grand Prize winner is only eligible for the Grand Prize and is not eligible for the $750 Gift Certificate.

Upgrades to a higher efficiency or higher capacity heat pump are extra. Installation (reconnection to existing refrigerant piping and electric) by Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. is included and includes a one-year comprehensive warranty; any updates, moving or improvements to refrigerant piping or electric panel upgrades/changes are the responsibility of the winner. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. To qualify, the entry must be received by 11:59 PM daily with the final entry on May 24, 2024 for the final selection. Award date is May 31, 2024. The winner will be notified in person or by certified mail within 7 days after the award date. The winner must respond and claim the prize within four business days of notification (if notified on May 31, winner must respond by the close of business at 4:30 PM CST on June 7, 2024 ) or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prizewinner will be selected. No cash will be awarded.

Grand Prizewinner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven days following attempted notification. Grand Prizewinner will be required to return documents within seven days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the contest. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc., its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. By providing a postal address and/or email address, entrants will be registered to receive the Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. quarterly newsletter. All entrants have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter list at any time. Any information shared with Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. will be held subject to Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. privacy policy. No responsibility is assumed by Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries. for any lost, delayed or late delivery of marketing materials or entry submissions, or for any internet, computer, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. will not be held liable for any damage to the prize resulting from delivery or installation, nor for any damage to the winner’s home resulting from delivery or installation.

Conduct

By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Site throughout the Contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
