NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. **This contest is a giveaway designed to benefit a member of the Wisconsin Rapids area and will be awarded by a committee of judges to a need-based member of the Wisconsin Rapids area community.**
ENTRY:
All application forms must be submitted and received by October 16, 2023, and all applicants will be notified by phone, email, or in writing of their status by Friday, November 24, 2021. Any applications received after October 29, 2021 will not be considered.
The Warm the Hearts 3 of Wisconsin Rapids area giveaway contest is sponsored by: Tri-City Refrigeration, INC. (DBA Tri-City Services).
To participate in this contest, eligible residents can enter by going online to www.CallTriCity.com or picking up an application at the following locations during normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm:

Warm the Hearts 3 of Wisconsin Rapids area fund, its officials, committee members, sponsors, and their agents and employees will not be responsible for any incomplete, lost, late, “post due,” misdirected, indecipherable, voided, or for failure to receive any entries for any reason.
INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS and NOMINATIONS:
All application forms, whether submitted by individual entrants or on behalf of a nominee must be submitted and received by the close of business (4:30 PM) on October 16, 2023.
All application forms, whether submitted by individual applicants or on behalf of a nominee must be completed in full with complete, honest, and verifiable information. The Recipient Committee reserves the right to disqualify or fail to award the prize to any application submitted on a person’s own behalf or on behalf of a nominee for any reason. Incomplete, falsified, or any other entries submitted by persons determined to be abusive or ineligible of any aspect of the contest will be voided.
ANY TAMPERING DISCOVERED THROUGHOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID ANY NOMINEE INVOLVED.
Each household can submit only one application to be considered. Those receiving nominations from someone else may, in addition to their own individual entry, be considered as well.
Entrant applicants nominating someone other than themselves must receive permission of the individual being nominated for it to be considered.
ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to resident homeowners of Wisconsin Rapids, Nekoosa, Port Edwards, Vesper, Rudolph, and Biron. Employees of Tri-City Refrigeration, Inc. (“Tri-City Services”), Warm The Hearts 3 of Wisconsin Rapids Recipient Committee (the “Recipient Committee”) Members, employees of the public, non-profit and not for profit agencies which are involved in the Warm the Hearts 3 of Wisconsin Rapids fund, employees of any sponsors and contributors, including, vendors and their employees, and immediate family members and persons domiciled with any of the above listed groups are ineligible to participate or win.
All completed entries become the sole property of Tri-City Services and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules & Conditions listed within, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work.
Contestants are required to provide accurate information. The Recipient Committee reserves all rights to reject, disqualify, or fail to award the prize to any entrant that the Committee deems to have provided false, fraudulent, insufficient, or otherwise deemed ineligible entries.
This contest is not open to anyone under the age of 21.
All entrants shall meet and agree to all other rules and conditions listed herein, and acknowledges that the Contest Rules & Conditions are subject to change.
